Yield Mapping Fleet Systems

Synchronizing combine output sensors, tractor grain-cart logistics, and live fuel rate efficiency telemetry.

Impact-Plate Mass Flow Telemetry

At the clean-grain elevator head, a piezoelectric impact plate records the force exerted by millions of propelled grain kernels per minute. Calibrated against optical beam sensors and moisture capacitance probes, this data generates geo-spatial yield layers with sub-meter fidelity.

Edge computers inside the combine cabin smooth momentary flow spikes and broadcast normalized yield values across the regional cellular mesh directly to tender tractors, signaling optimal cart alignment.

Unload-on-the-Go Cart Synchronization

Combining requires non-stop movement during tight weather windows. Autonomous fleet telemetry allows the combine operator to take remote control of the grain cart tractor via radio link once the grain cart enters within 15 meters of the discharge auger.

The combine automatically steers and accelerates the tractor-cart tandem, balancing filling weight across trailer axles to avoid spillage while navigating difficult slopes.
